The Running Man neighborhood is located in southern York County, adjacent to the James River and the York River. This sought after neighborhood gives you the feel of a neighborhood/community while also offering privacy due to it being nestled in the woods. The Running Man neighborhood is a part of planned development and include a homeowner’s association managed by the homeowners.  The current dues are $165 for the year and are due no later than January 31st of each year.  The neighborhood includes a pool, clubhouse, playground, security cameras, pond and common areas such as sidewalks and medians.

SCHOOLS
