Tiffany started working in real estate at 16 years old as a Post Closing Specialist for a local title company. The owner trusted her at a very young age with an immense amount of responsibilities which allowed her to become familiar with real estate transactions. She remains grateful for such an amazing opportunity that opened the door for what would become her lifetime career.
While attending college, Tiffany was offered a position with a local real estate firm. During her 7.5 years working there she obtained her real estate license and quickly worked her way up to become the Transaction Coordinator Supervisor. During her time there she supervised a team of 9 and was responsible for an average of 60-90 properties at a time. By handling up to 20 closings each month she gained invaluable experience in writing contracts, negotiating, meeting deadlines, marketing, inspections, correcting title defects, and most importantly, getting to closing as quickly and smoothly as possible.
In 2012 Tiffany joined Mike Reames as a part of the Reames Realty Group at Keller Williams Elite-Peninsula. She was excited to become part of a family oriented team and saw the immense potential and knowledge that Mike possessed. She knew that he was going to quickly make his mark on the local real estate market. Together they have sold over 375 homes and have provided counsel to countless more clients. They pride themselves in providing guidance and advice that serve the best interest of the client, not the transaction.
Tiffany’s in-depth industry knowledge is hard to beat. Her years of experience working for top agents and their teams, monitoring every detail and contingency, making sure each deadline is met, and her
extraordinary communication skills, make her a vital part of your team. She will put her years of knowledge and vast experience to work for you.
Tiffany was raised in Gloucester by parents who instilled a strong work ethic, loyalty, and honesty. She continues to call Gloucester home with her husband, Mark, a retired Navy Operations Specialist.
Together they have three kids, Kylee a junior at Virginia Wesleyan University, Kamryn a 7 th grader at Peasley Middle School, and Declan who is 3 years old.
